1. About LegacyBuilt
The website is operated by LegacyBuilt Financial Services LLC (“LegacyBuilt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Decatur, Georgia.
Financial coaching and educational guidance are provided through LegacyBuilt Financial Services LLC. Insurance and annuity products and services are offered separately by Wendell Cupid II in his individual capacity as a licensed insurance producer, only where properly licensed and appointed.
Additional license, professional-scope, and service-availability information appears on our Licensing & Disclosures page.
2. Acceptance and Eligibility
These Terms govern your use of the LegacyBuilt website, including its public forms, booking interfaces, and Client Center. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
The website and LegacyBuilt services are intended for use in the United States. A person who has not reached the age of legal majority may not independently enter a paid-service agreement, authorize a payment, apply for an insurance or annuity product, or provide another person’s information through the website. A parent or legal guardian must authorize and participate in any service offered to a minor and must complete any agreement, consent, or transaction the law requires from an adult.
The website is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information online for a child under 13 through a public website form.
3. General Information and Professional Scope
Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for advice based on your complete circumstances.
LegacyBuilt does not provide:
- Investment management or individualized investment recommendations.
- Tax preparation or individualized tax advice.
- Legal advice or legal-document preparation.
- Credit-repair or debt-settlement services.
- Guarantees concerning financial, insurance, credit, savings, retirement, or other outcomes.
Consult an appropriately qualified professional when you need investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other specialized advice. A disclaimer cannot alter the character of a service actually provided or waive a duty imposed by law.
4. No Relationship Created by Website Use
Browsing the website, submitting a General Inquiry, scheduling an appointment, or attending an introductory consultation does not by itself:
- Create an ongoing coaching, advisory, fiduciary, insurance, brokerage, or other professional relationship.
- Require LegacyBuilt or Wendell Cupid II to accept an engagement.
- Require you to purchase a service or product.
- Constitute an insurance application.
- Bind or place insurance coverage.
- Authorize a payment.
A service relationship begins only when the appropriate parties expressly agree to proceed through the applicable enrollment, application, service agreement, or other approved process.
5. Consultations and Paid Services
Introductory consultations
The Financial Discovery Consultation and Protection Consultation are starting-point conversations. Payment is not required to book either introductory consultation. A Protection Consultation does not require you to purchase an insurance or annuity product. Neither you nor LegacyBuilt is obligated to proceed after a consultation.
Scheduling and availability are subject to confirmation through the applicable booking system. Appointment details, changes, cancellations, and rescheduling instructions will be provided through the booking process or related communications.
Paid services and separate agreements
Paid services, including the Financial Clarity Package and Monthly Coaching when available, are offered only through an approved private process.
Pricing, scope, deliverables, payment timing, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, expiration, and other service-specific terms will be disclosed in a separate agreement, checkout, invoice, or enrollment process before you commit to the service. These Terms do not create or replace those transaction-specific rules.
If a service-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls with respect to the applicable paid service. These Terms continue to govern use of the website.
Virtual sessions
You are responsible for using suitable technology and, when appropriate, a reasonably private setting for a virtual session. Some Zoom sessions may be recorded only after LegacyBuilt provides advance notice and obtains consent. Joining a session does not by itself authorize recording.
6. Insurance and Annuity Products
Insurance and annuity products are offered only where Wendell Cupid II is properly licensed and appointed and only when the applicable product is available.
Product availability, eligibility, premiums, benefits, guarantees, underwriting, riders, crediting methods, surrender terms, charges, and tax treatment vary by carrier, contract, state, and individual circumstances. Guarantees are subject to the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer.
Website content, a consultation, a quote, an illustration, or an application does not guarantee approval or place coverage in force. Coverage exists only when confirmed under the applicable carrier’s requirements and policy contract. The issued policy or annuity contract, carrier-approved illustration, and related documents control if they differ from website content.
LegacyBuilt does not guarantee insurance approval, rates, policy performance, cash value, retirement income, tax treatment, or any other product result. Insurance and annuity recommendations, disclosures, authorizations, and records remain subject to all duties that applicable law imposes and cannot be waived by these Terms.
7. Client Center and Private Links
The Client Center is a directory of approved destinations for existing clients. It is not a login portal, secure account dashboard, or automated eligibility system.
Private appointment, payment, form, or service links are intended only for the person who receives them through LegacyBuilt’s approved client process. You agree not to publish, forward, resell, or misuse those links.
Possession of a copied or forwarded link does not establish eligibility, waive a prerequisite, create a service relationship, or authorize access to a service. LegacyBuilt may change, restrict, or disable private destinations when reasonably necessary for security, sequencing, availability, or misuse prevention.
8. Forms, Communications, and Privacy
Information you submit
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and yours to provide. If you provide information about a beneficiary, dependent, family member, or other person, you represent that you have authority to do so. You may not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, or transmit unlawful, harmful, or malicious material.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, complete payment-card details, bank-account credentials, passwords, detailed medical information, insurance application data, identification documents, or other highly sensitive information through the General Inquiry form or any public field. Use only the specific approved process LegacyBuilt provides for sensitive information.
Communications
When you submit a form, schedule an appointment, enroll in a service, or otherwise request assistance, LegacyBuilt may send communications reasonably related to that request, including confirmations, reminders, service notices, receipts, and responses.
Marketing emails or text messages, if offered, require any separate consent applicable to that communication. Agreeing to marketing is not a condition of purchasing a service or product. Instructions for withdrawing marketing consent will be provided with those communications.
Text-message terms
If you separately opt in to receive text messages from LegacyBuilt Financial Services LLC, the messages may include responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, requested service updates, and—only when you separately choose promotional messages—marketing communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out, and you will no longer receive messages covered by that opt-in unless you enroll again. Reply HELP for assistance or email legacybuiltfinancial@gmail.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a service or product. Consent for non-marketing messages and consent for promotional messages must be requested separately when both are offered. See our Privacy Policy for mobile-data handling.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected. Additional notices and separate consent may apply to an insurance application, regulated electronic disclosure, carrier relationship, payment transaction, recording, or other regulated process.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
LegacyBuilt uses third-party services to support website operations and client activities. These may include GoHighLevel or LeadConnector for forms, scheduling, CRM, and automations; Stripe for payment processing; Zoom for virtual meetings; and insurance carriers or authorized insurance-technology providers for approved insurance transactions.
Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy notice. LegacyBuilt does not control a provider’s independent platform, availability, security practices, or policy changes, although LegacyBuilt remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.
External links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement. Review a third party’s terms and privacy practices before providing information or completing a transaction.
10. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
Intellectual property
The website and its original text, graphics, branding, layouts, downloadable resources, and other materials are owned by or licensed to LegacyBuilt and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
LegacyBuilt grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the website and use its materials for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, form, account, private link, or data.
- Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or excessive traffic.
- Scrape, harvest, index, or extract information through unauthorized automated means.
- Interfere with website operation or another person’s use.
- Evade security, eligibility, payment, or sequencing controls.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, or relationship with LegacyBuilt.
- Use LegacyBuilt’s name, logo, or content in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation.
LegacyBuilt may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, legal obligations, or maintenance.
11. Availability, Accuracy, and Results
LegacyBuilt works to keep website information accurate and useful but does not promise that every page will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Content may be corrected, updated, suspended, or removed.
Live appointment availability, form processing, payment confirmation, carrier information, licensing status, and third-party functionality may depend on systems outside LegacyBuilt’s direct control. Verify information material to a financial, insurance, legal, tax, or other important decision.
Financial decisions and insurance outcomes depend on personal circumstances, conduct, markets, carrier requirements, law, and other factors. Testimonials, illustrations, examples, estimates, educational materials, or descriptions of possible outcomes do not promise the same result for you.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. LegacyBuilt disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a separate written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes an express written obligation in an applicable service agreement, insurance policy or annuity contract, or other binding document, and nothing waives any duty or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LegacyBuilt Financial Services LLC, Wendell Cupid II, and their respective representatives and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use, website unavailability, third-party services, or reliance on general website information.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other protected rights where applicable. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations; in those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
13. Georgia Law and General Provisions
Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer or regulatory protections apply. Any legal action relating to the website or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Georgia, and each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
These Terms do not require arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver.
Changes
LegacyBuilt may update these Terms when the website, services, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will display a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively when posted or on any later effective date stated in the revised Terms. Service-specific changes remain subject to the applicable agreement or transaction documents.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or modified only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement for website use
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement governing use of the public website. Separate service agreements, enrollment documents, payment terms, insurance applications, carrier documents, and policy or annuity contracts govern their respective transactions.
